Allie Richter

Allie Richter is a Registered Dietitian and health advocate who practices a mindful and innovative approach to care and is diverse in strategic planning, nutrition education, and community involvement. Allie helped facilitate the medically tailored meal program at Mama’s Kitchen, organizing all parts of the distribution of over 2,000 meals per day along with participating in the preparation and packaging of meals for underserved communities at Kitchens for Good in San Diego, CA. Allie’s mission lies in the treatment and prevention of chronic disease, helping her patients in all communities have access to nutrient dense foods along with the proper tools and education to implement sustainable changes for a better future.
